Well our little Aiden turned 6 months old on the 16th. And boy is he soo different than Paxton! Aiden weighs 14 pounds and 9 ounces. That puts him in the 8%! The doctor came with a worried look on her face. She asked me if Aiden was eating. I responded that all he does is eat. Including in the middle of the night(which I might add is a real pain). Now Paxton has always been 75%+ since he was born. She was only concerned because he wasnt small when he was born or when he was 3 months. She said if he was staying consitently small that wouldnt be a problem. But Aiden weighed 13 pounds 8 ounces at his 3 month checkup. She said it could just be genetic and that he has a fast metabolism. But she said if he continues on this route we may have to think about adding weight gainers to his diet. But as for height he is 26 3/4 inches so that puts him 75%. Aiden is one of the smiliest babies I know he will give out the biggest cheese bait smile to anyone. But as far as him wanting you to hold him is another story. To say Aiden is high maintenance would be an understatement! I have never seen such a demanding baby. He never lets me get anything done and he is the worst sleeper. The doctor told me he should be more than capable of sleeping 8 hours straight. Ya right try 4 if I am lucky. I have been spending this whole week on trying to get him to sleep better. The crying it out method does not work on him. He will cry for 2 hours if I let him. He then wakes up Paxton and then I am up with 2 cranky boys. I am trying to be really persistent so hopefully I can have him sleeping through the night in the next couple of weeks. I love Aiden more than I could of ever pictured loving another child. The love of being a mom seems to grow with each kid you have.
